Public Cloud Virtual Servers Storage network issue

11:45 We are experiencing technical issues in multiple storage switches, they are currently rebooting.

11:57 Network is fixed, we are currently working on mending the storage.

12:02 Shared web servers are starting to go up again.

12:13 We are still restoring services.

12:31 There's still some servers that are not restored yet - we are still working on getting them back online.

Shared Web Windows Issues with shared web server shww-0110

Websites on the shared web server shww-0110 are currently experiencing downtime due to server issues. We are working on the problem and will update here with more information.

15/3 We identified and hopefully solved the issue yesterday and have been monitoring the server since then. No new alerts or downtime has been occurring so the issue should be resolved.
