Public Cloud Virtual Servers Storage network issue

11:45 We are experiencing technical issues in multiple storage switches, they are currently rebooting.

11:57 Network is fixed, we are currently working on mending the storage.

12:02 Shared web servers are starting to go up again.

12:13 We are still restoring services.

12:31 There's still some servers that are not restored yet - we are still working on getting them back online.

12:33 Servers are up and running again. Please contact support if you still are experiencing problems

Infrastructure for backups Backup servers offline

Unfortunately there's been a power outage in our backup data center and the backup servers are offline. Due to this, restoring backups are not available at this time. It is estimated that power will restored and servers will go online again during the morning tomorrow (4/7).

We apologize for this inconvenience and advise all customers to not make changes on their services that, if gone wrong, would need a restore from backup. 4/7 - 09:30 Servers are back up again, we're checking so everything is working as intended

4/7 11:16 - Servers are fully operational again and backups will be taken as usually. Restores are also working as they should
