Public Cloud Virtual Servers Storage network issue

11:45 We are experiencing technical issues in multiple storage switches, they are currently rebooting.

11:57 Network is fixed, we are currently working on mending the storage.

12:02 Shared web servers are starting to go up again.

12:13 We are still restoring services.

12:31 There's still some servers that are not restored yet - we are still working on getting them back online.

S3 Object Storage S3 Object Storage - connection issues

Some users may experience issues with requests against S3 buckets.

We're investigating the issue and will update here with more information.

The issue has been resolved, we're working together with our service provider to find out the root cause of the issue.

Service is working again but you might still encounter occasional errors. We're working on this together with our upstream provider to get the service fully restored
