Some users experience problems connecting to the VM advanced control panel. We are investigating the issue and will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Update 11.29: We have probably found the root -cause of the issue and are on our way to implement a fix.

Update 12.00: The control panel is once again available but we keep watching the behavior of it.

The planned update service windows will have to be extended for a while. We will update this post as soon as new information is available.

Update 13.48: the process is still ongoing, we will update you here as soon as more information is available.

Update 20.30: Services have reached operational status and all updates are now installed.

Update 22.10: We still experiencing some partial outages due to the upgrade. We will investigate and fixthe issue.
